Anyone have any idea of salary ranges for TSO I position. The recruiter of course didn't give me a range but did say there was room for negotiation once "we get there". I am internal I do think they will low-ball me and want to be prepared. I know it's base + bonus. thanks!

they will absolutely low ball you when compensation is being considered for an internal candidate. If you want to get paid, you have to leave the bank. If i were you, I would take the TSO position so that you get the title and wait 12-18 months and apply somewhere else. When the new bank asks for salary expectations always hike it up 10-20k by law, they cannot ask you nor attempt to verify you salary at previous job. Good luck!
Honestly the TSO role is miserable and pays c-appy expect 135 base and bonus was non existent less than 5k. Stay away not worth it!
