With 0% merit increase this year, how does this organization expect anyone to write goals ... and especially a "stretch" goal? My goal will be to search out new employment, and my "stretch" goal will be to stretch out on the couch while searching the net for that new employer.

I received less than 1% for meets expectations and I've been told the "exceeds" did not fare much better. My only goal for 2021 is to leave this horrible company.
A stretched goal is staying mental healthy in this place.
