My store has been firing TLs ATLs and Tms that earn a lot to make way for new hires that can start at $15. STLs are looking for any reason to separatefrom these high earners. They ask for too much to be done and then write TMs up for OT! Watch your backs people

Our health insurance is horrible but barely covers anything
we have a handful of people over 45 in our store..hell we got some over 60 still kickin it!!! but yeah the new hires are definitely skewing to the younger side...gotta make sure to save on the health insurance plans...who here remembers those physical assessment tests with treadmills and the 50lbs weight for new hiires??? trying at all costs to save money on that health insurance...what is the pt/ft ratio these days anyway???

At least you don't work at flagship in Texas, Our store team leader is a creeper running around trying to s-x every lady in leadership. Sad thing is no one speaks up about it out of fear of losing their job. Someone please send help before this becomes a Me Too movement.
We only have 3 employees in the store over 45. And they’ve been here for years. The rehires are all 20 somethings
Are they replacing people that have left, been fired, etc with anyone over 45. Over 40?
This has been happening over the last 3 years. I'm curious , when you look around your store do you see many employees over 45?
It happened in all of them a couple years ago. That’s what OTS was all about.
