It’s legit one of the worst places to work, and I’ve worked at many. If your boss was as awesome as he/she thinks he/she is, he/she wouldn’t be working at BNY Mellon. Joke is on them. I and many of my colleagues got better paying jobs after leaving - even if it took a few months for some. BNY is a joke of the financial industry, literally just a d-mb custody zombie, do not worry about it.

Hi , I was laid off almost 2 years ago and glad that was the best thing happened . now I am getting 40% more than BNYM just as an engineer with very good job satisfaction.

You sound bitter. If you were as good an employee as you act you wouldn’t have been let go. Stop blaming the company for your sh---y performance. I see so many people on here complaining and pointing fingers but they never say how cr---y an employee they were and how much cr-p their mgrs had to deal with daily . If you have another job why are you in here stressing this place
