Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

SDM thoughts

What's the take on SDM adoption....we've been doing this for feels like 4 or 5 years and still a very shaky model. In our area, we are again setting up a team to define the model and how it will be implemented...4 or 5 years in, shouldn't that by itself indicate a problem?

Agile is not really helpful. It only made things complicated. Teams are suffering from Agile fatigue, particularly in Scrum model. Google it. I wanted to show those websites to my managers because they thought dev teams are just being too whiny and wimpy.

It must be because you are peeling the stickies incorrectly.

Try peeling them from right to left
