I just found out that more layoffs are coming in June. GT&O is impacted. Back in 2014 when layoffs first started happening my old team was well over 100. 75% of the team was laid off February 2014. Ultimately we ended up as a team of 5. After June it will only be 1 person remaining. And I bet they will be gone by the end of the year.

2014? Outside of 2020, layoffs have been an annual tradition since about 2000.
I don’t expect any more layoffs this year. The year is just about half over, and the bloated over-staffed areas remain untouched. If these areas haven’t been touched yet, they never will be.
No one is irreplaceable which does including all the leaders and workers
