I don't want to work to exhaustion anymore, and there is so much work that I would have to work non-stop to be able to finish everything.
The harder I worked, the more work I got. Now I do work for 3 people, that’s for sure, and that pace has been going on for months now. If this organization wants to meet its goals, I don't think it can continue to work like this anymore, it will have to hire more people.
