Florida region is a joke. So much corruption for years. A true good old boy network. I hope the meat coordinators get a true karma filled sh!t sandwich served up to them. The worst kinds of people in those roles.

I work in TMS at the Regional level. This last year was extremely hard on all of us. Yes, I was blessed to work from home and I don’t underestimate how difficult it was for all of you in stores. I worked on the front end for nearly a decade of my WFM career. I get it. Please know that for those of us who have worked 50-60 hours a week for the last year to try to take as much off the stores plates as possible, it stings quite a bit to see posts celebrating the loss of our jobs. Many of us are long time TMs and are going through the hurtful process of letting go of a huge part of our lives. It might not feel like it, but we’re all in this together.

Will someone share an update on SOPAC's TMS Coorindators? And in store TMS? Curious about who is left standing and where.

I thought coordinator jobs are unimpacted and are just getting new titles, but it's the buyers and merchandisers who will have to fight for fewer global positions?

You don’t think they have worked on the front lines? You don’t think they have had to put up with the same things you have had to just under different names? And if you think it is 9-5 you have no idea what you’re talking about. If you are envious that they don’t have to work the same schedule as you, then go out and try to get their jobs.

i wanna see some coordinators having to work at the frontlines, beholden to ots and standards that they helped concoct that were over the top and non-workable from the onset...nobody is happy about them losing their jobs but it is quaint that those who get to work a mon-fri 9-5 type of schedule and have had little accountability for so long get a reckoning...and why is it that we are referred to as "labor" versus persons?????

It’s depressing that people are happy when others lose their jobs. No one is holding a g-n to your head. Go find a job you like leave the rest of us alone.

I accept that there is a lot of nepotism in WFM (everywhere else too FYI) but some of us have worked really hard to get and stay where we are.

i agree about the florida region...they brought in a crew from the NA region and some of these guys are complete id--ts....the nepotism and favoritism is so blatantly obvious in the hires for STL and regional coordinator positions...and STLs in this case bring that mind set in how they pick "leadership"(i use that word sarcastically at best) for store positions-TL and ATL..im going to love some of the younger brownnoser coordinators not wanting to take the layoff severance package and getting bounced back down to store levels...they can toil away in the mess of purchasing, redundant scans, and bad merchandising that they helped enable...so long suckers..."moving forward"...Lmao.....
