I dont think it's about being happy about it, but the last few layoffs affected the store level employees while regional seemed invincible to these cuts. I think the "good" comments come from the ones who had to fear the last round of cuts, while regional say comfy through it.

I'm not happy about anyone loosing their job, but after all the thoroughly stupid and unworkable processes foisted on us by these buffoons, I certainly understand the hostility. I wish that the sadists responsible for OTS and Store Process would get put in the unemployment line. I'd be positively giddy if that happened.

Lack of support and answers from the cordinator group is what has caused the hostility from store level. The high and mighty attitude of some of them also doesn't help the fact either. Not all of them are bad but many of them rub people the wrong way.
