Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Networking Groups

So if you want to get ahead in BAC, you have to network. Here are the official list of employee networks at Bank of America:

Asian Leadership Network
Black Professional Group
Disability Action Network
Hispanic Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement
Inter-Generational Employee Network
LEAD for Women
LGBT+ Employee Network
Military Support and Assistance Group
Multicultural Leadership Network
Native American Professional Network
Parents and Caregivers Network

If you are a white male interested in core banking topics, next generation banking topics etc, where do you look? Every one of these networks for the most part ties to a marginalized diversity topic.

This bank consistently put incompetent caucasian males and females in management positions. I am a fair minded person but please BOA put the best person in the position . I am tired of we have to keep this company looking white or we will lose customers.

if you're a white male, you can always be an ally to any of the marginalized groups. And you can identify yourself as an ally too on your flagscape page. there's nothing wrong with that.

If you are white you don't have to network or get connections to get ahead. Like I said before if you are white , BOA is great company but if you are minority you don't get as many opportunities. They will place a minority in a few positions at the top to make it look like we are diversifying. This company is a total joke. Just read the history on how they paid out millions for discrimination in the past.
