I have a friend who works for IBM, and gets called in to fix projects that are failing, for whatever reason. He told me that when he went to look at a Bank of India project, they had spent more than $500 million and had nothing to show for it.
He's not American, but feels the same way we do about outsourcing to India – you get what you pay for.
It's like they're trying what a lot of companies tried in the 90's until realizing you get what you pay for. Or in this case, you don't even get that much...
