They hire expertise they do not use. They pay nothing and tell you to be thankful. BofA operates on a feudal lord mentality for supervisors. Prepare to be abused and marginalized. They keep the mediocre talent which explains the status of things.

This must be a win–win situation for you since the bank doesn't pay you well enough and will no longer have to be "abused and marginalized".
Since you are clearly better than those "mediocre " people left, you can find a job alongside smart/talented people like you where pay is so much better.
