Within the last year we have been losing many experienced coworkers in leadership and support roles. They have either been fired or have left voluntarily. Each time we hire someone whether in management or TMs they never seem to last. At most the longest I’ve seen a new hire stay is less than 3 months. Not sure if it is due to laziness or if they see within a few weeks that WFM is not a very healthy company to work for.
