Is it normal for BofA to make every effort to drive away a person with experience who has done their job perfectly, while keeping some people doing jobs that go beyond their knowledge and skill level?
It's definitely not normal that there are people who can barely do their job because they do not have the capacity for that job while the people from whom something could be learned are no longer here.

This company rather keep the high level incompetent leader and laid off or terminate lower paid folks especially during crisis including this pandemic time just like other big corporations, low ranker is something the best excuses for company failure

I am glad you posted how Bank of America drives out good talent and keeps these incompetent empty suit mofos. I mean we have people here that can barely speak English and have hour long conference calls that no one understands. We have managers that just go over your numbers but don't tell you how to get them up. This company has bad leadership from the top to the bottom. The pay is so bad here for low level employees that many don't give a damn about there job. This company is the worse I have ever been associated with in my life.
