I have put in so much overtime the past 10 months and I haven't had a chance to go to the gym that BNY gives out as an employee benefit. Do you still consider gym membership as a perk for employees?

The Boston Company whom we acquired has an unbelievably great gym.
Old thread, but just FYI there is a shower downstairs in main tower.
I used to run up past PPG down centre Ave at lunch then shower at main tower. There is a key card swipe at the door, and it's definitely hidden.... You walk past the loading docks and janitor room and stuff down some pretty loansome hallways
There’s not a shower for lunchtime joggers let alone a gym.
HR does a wonderful job of communicating benefits (sarcasm)
BNYM has an employee discount where you can get a local gym membership for no enrollment fees and $25 a month with no cancellation penalties. However no one uses this "benefit" because as an earlier poster mentioned you can get a planet fitness membership for only $10 a month. In fact, most gyms offer membership at less than $25 a month. All their employee discounts are horrendous.
What and where is this "gym" you speak of?
@igu, didn't they also spend like a million bucks on the sign in front of the pb tail quarters?
When the Client Service Center was being built in Pittsburgh, they put out a survey asking employees what onsite amenities they would like to have. No doubt a daycare and a gym were among the top. Of course neither happened. What's even more pathetic is that THEY WON'T EVEN LET YOU USE THE STAIRWELLS!!!
Always love when their wellness program provides health tips like using the stairs instead of the elevator. Great tip. They should pass it on to the mo--ns in charge.
10pm in UK, just finished. I'll get a few squats in before bedtime, BNY should save their benefits and reinvest the money in staff or decent systems.
What gym membership? You mean how they keep asking me to bend over.
Planet fitness is $10 a month. No i don’t consider this a perk. Very weird question
Is a gym membership a benefit, OR you're referring to gym membership DISCOUNTS?
What location provides a gym?
