Blimey, how stupid do executives have to be to not get rid of this woman? There is one person who protects her, and you have to ask yourself why. She has laid off anyone who has had the courage to speak up about her incompetence or complain. No one will say anything now, they just keep their heads down and do the minimum, she doesn't talk to anyone so she has no idea. She struts into the office and puts on a show for higher-ups, passes around presentations that she pays people to do for her because she is clueless, and then passes it off as her work, and everyone under her suffers. I hear the survey came back with horrible marks on her but nothing, no change. Ask why one person is protecting her.... and expect more layoffs if you look at her wrong.

I know many people on her team and they say working for her is a nightmare.
This is 100% true. She is liability to the business and isn’t held accountable (or even worse blames others). It is incredibly unfortunate because of the impact it has on the business and careers.

I’ve dealt with her. A real piece of work who does what she wants and doesn’t respect any colleagues. I always wondered who in the world was protecting her.
