I've had enough. I never thought I'd quit a job before but this is where I'm now. I gave my two-week notice and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my chest. It feels good and liberating. Now I'm just wondering why I didn't do this sooner. Good luck to all of you staying, I hope things improve soon for your sake.

Best of luck to you. If it wasn't for the health coverage I'd do exactly the same thing. No wait, not quite exactly--I'd give my notice on a Friday afternoon and tell them I wouldn't be there anymore come Monday.

This is the way it suppose to be. Labor force uses their 2 week notices to make a statement to managements. Don't bully and whip labor force and make millions of dollar only for yourself.
