It's BS. if they haven't figured it out in 18 months, industry surveys, competition, etc....they will not offer Hybrid. In fact I was on call where Cathy spoke and says Hybrid is even worse than WFH in that the change in environments is a "distraction".
He went off script by saying that...but the whole goal right now is to get butts in seats so they can maintain status quo...so much for "embracing change".
