Wonder if that "you delivered for the shareholders and you delivered for society" will carry over to our end of year bonuses and performance reviews.

take note from this past year (and any record year)...there is no trickle down economics here. This past year there was massive cuts to comp irrespective of performance. The top did get paid handsomely though. The tilapia got slaughtered as usual.
It definitely won’t carry over to bonuses and raises.
