BofA deletes Vaccine Reporting Tool in the UK

However in the US...where employees come second...it's alive an well. Pathetic that they are creating this bias.

I will never report my status to this bank.

First the bank allowed paid time off to get the shot. Then they snuck in the vaccination tool and are voluntelling you to update it. Then they offered $200 to get the shot abd record it in the tool. Very sneaky.

I hope they will get rid of that vaccination tool in the US too! It's a joke, the vaccination card is so easy to replicate and this is in the news too. Maybe the bank is checking the authenticity of every single card that's been uploaded and this is why they want employees to waive HIPPA but I think they crossed the line by asking employees to waive their HIPPA rights. I heard that clients are allowed to have in person meeting in the office if they "verbally" confirm that they have been vaccinated. Now why are clients not required to upload their vaccination cards and employees have to? Clearly BM doesn't trust his employees.

This bank is run by a bunch of educated thugs that will do anything above the law to sc--w the employees. What organization requires you to disclose your personal health information on a fuhking tool. BM the CEO need to step his big block head azz down . He has been a disgrace through this pandemic. I hope the delta variant gets his azz.
