Do you ever get the feeling that global/regional is just playing the game of - how fast can we get good team members to quit?
So many stores have lost actual good members of team leadership (a rarity), buyers, and dependable team members due to these ridiculous expectations and standards.
This will go down in history as one of the most toxic companies i have ever worked for. I could actually feel the relief melt away as i handed in my resignation. 12 years, and for what?
