I've been on the fence for more than a year but I was always too scared to go through with it. Now that I was able to find a new job that (seems) better in every aspect, I'm giving in my two week's notice. I am overjoyed to leave this den of nepotism and politics that's uplifting the wrong people and keeping the best employees down. Maybe if enough of us leave the leadership will realize they need to change something...

Congrats I am sure a lot more smart people will leave by the end of 2021 with or without a package.There are better places to work than the barns Bank of America has created.d-mb and lazy will remain as well as the ones eating all day and talking nonsense.

Congratulations! I hope to no be far behind you heading out the door. They will not realize regardless of how many people leave. We just have to cut bait and find somewhere that is a better fit for us.
