So now there is an Accommodation Form attached to the Vaccine FAQs. If you are unable to take the vaccine due to serious medical issue, pregnancy or won't take it due to religious beliefs, you will fill this out to ask for an accommodation. Now obviously medical issue and pregnancy can be confirmed but how they can confirm what someone religiously believes, I have no idea. I live in Delaware and have heard of people starting to get called back to Newark, Delaware. I have not yet. The only reason I know about this Accommodation Form is that someone was asking me today, which religion didn't believe in vaccines. I have no idea, but I think suddenly Bank of America is going to have some very devout believers of whatever. We had an All Hands call last week and were told that you can run but you cannot hide, eventually everyone is going back, like it or not. There will be no staggered schedules, no hybrid work and no new revamped MyWork program. The subtext was that it was all just a bad dream and everyone needs to wake up and get over it. It is obvious that there are layoffs coming. Those who resist coming back might get their wish and might not ever need to come back. I think management is tired of being empathetic and they over it. It doesn't matter who was more productive at home or whatever. So many people are bitter right now feeling like they will be moving back to a world with zero flexibility. After what everyone just went through, this seems so childish for management to act like this. One day a week working from home would be horrible? Apparently so.

Filling out the form isn't mandatory.
I have decided not to get vaccinated based solely on this "tool" which I feel is a major violation of my private medical information
What state locations are receiving phone calls from HR to discuss non-submitted Covid vaccine tool documents? Thanks.

What area are you in? CAO has been clear only vaccinated people can come back in. If you are not vaccinated or not putting info in system HR will be calling to discuss. I think most people are vaccinated but refuse to put into system. I do think it will catch up to people.
I have not heard there will be no flexibility. In the beginning, they acted like things would be more flexible as people transition back to the office.
I would rather sit in a corner with a mask on then tell the bank if I got a Covid shot or 2. I'll put up a sign at my desk quarantine zone.
i gave in and uploaded my vaccine form. I dont want to be separated and forced to wear a mask when i return to the office.
Christian Scientists would not take the vaccine. Some hardline Catholics will refuse a vaccine if it was derived with aborted fetal tissue even though the Church says it's ok if there is no other alternative.
Way too many people taking advantage of the “ accommodations”. It’s really a joke what the bank lets people get away with. Puts the direct managers in a bind. Work the system and cry discrimination if called out for it. Very sad what it’s come to.
Right. Same here. Not opening the tool. Not getting the shot. Too many new strains.
I have not downloaded the form to look at it. I don't want to appear on the Covid radar for the management to scrutinize.
