Does any one have any info around the regional reconstruction? I heard pretty much all roles are going to global and everyone has to reapply for the few jobs left at regional and if they dont get one of those they can go to a store or take severence. Has any one heard the same or have any other details?

What is not true? No more instore HR Generalist? Multi-store Team Member Service Supervisors? Queen Robin is retired, her worshipers Rob, Sam, and Shelly are no longer protected by the castle's moat. We all know the PBS position has all but been eliminated. Anyone remember when the program before TIME created the Payroll Benefits Specialist role in each store? That was when WFM had a soul and cared.

Not sure about the hired princesses and the prince, but the blood-related princess is still there.
Rumor has it that one of them had to go, and the Queen took the hit.
As for the hired prince and princesses, it is only a matter of time.
Nearly every function that was done by the TMS peeps is now being done by the TLs, and store leadership.

Does anyone know what happened in SOPAC? Curious to know if Queen Robin and her court are still there? Are the TMSS, in the field? Hope someone will respond.
What TMS positions were cut?
Was is only TMSGs, or did the regional TMS teams get cut, as well?
Severance package is pretty generous at WF but it is based on hours worked. When I was laid off back when they cut half the buyer positions, my severance, if I took it, would have been about 14k plus my PTO. It basically equaled several months pay as a lump sum and you still had the option to get another job elsewhere in the store/company. Could even end up being paid more in the right circumstances. Everyone else took severance so I did not end up having to compete for the job.

This is true for Field Associates. Not sure what other roles yet. TMSS just had a similar retructure as well.
