Going backwards

Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks BofA is going backwards instead of going forward?

Unfortunately, in every possible segment. No wonder no one with skills wants to stay here anymore. Management does not want to accept its mistakes.

the ship is sinking, only the bootlickers and D&I folks (all incompetent but unable to fire) are still on board. Get off while you can.

All recent hires have either been internal or run of the mill if no one internal wants it. They tried to create fake states to lower the attrition rates...
Fact is, it is backwards. red taped. old technology, and old mentality.

a decade from today, banks will be the relic of wall st if things stay the say (or go backwards in this case) there is no future for us.
