Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

It’s considered ‘good’ business to get the most work for the least pay…

However, it is considered ‘lazy and unethical’ for employees to want the most pay for the least work.

Is it not corporations that have set the example here? Why are they so indignant when the tables are turned. Isn’t turnabout fair play?

One attitude leads to companies such as Tesla and Amazon.
The other leads to companies such as Kmart and Sears.
