The banks position is that they can’t afford to close things down lol. They are not delaying RTO, so I guess we will all get covid. Great.

A 24 year old last year in OBP (NYC office) had to be airlifted to the hospital after a bad case of covid. (See ny post)

A second employee in her 50s who worked in the bank for her entire career (30years) passed away after she contracted the virus in the downtown office in NYC.

This is real people...but go ahead BofA RTO...you don't care about your staff...never did and never will. This is going to come back at you a million miles per hour when the office is half empty because your staff is all in the office...the rest have left. I guess you at least can social distance them.

And for the Plano office...good job on closing the gym...I heard you are making room to bring in more people from Richardson...take away all their benefits. They love it...ffs

This RTO to office is going to be a disaster for BOA and I can't wait to see it. I have been working in a financial center during this pandemic and have seen many BOA associates come down with covid multiple times and several almost died. This is a warning ,do not RTO . This bank doesn't care about you. This delta variant is way worse than the first one and will spread even more and lethal. I have seen branches close after several employees tested positive and haven't reopen because they can't staff them. DO NOT RETURN TO OFFICE!!!!

The no masks while seated is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Masks should be work indoors period. Airflow doesn’t care if you’re standing/walking/seated. If they really don’t enforce masks while seated I’ll call HR to report it. Ridiculous!!!

Cause the virus does not have an NBK I suppose and doesn't infect you while you are on your desk...smh
Cdc says masks indoors. How does this not apply to your desk?
This is going to be a disaster!

It says when in office AND away from your desk.

It says mask are required when in office. They didn't say if it's on your desk. And to the person who posted where does it say return 5days a week...where have you been living under a rock??

Don't have access to work email right now, can someone post a summary of the new policy?

It says masks required when away from your desk. Says nothing about five days a week.

Suggest you reread it.

Don't go to Citi! I worked in that Black Ho-e of Calcutta for a year. Worst job I ever had and if you think our management is bad theirs is worse. Calling my team manager to complain about something while on bereavement leave!
