How many times can they implement random changes that put more responsibility on us with barely any training and no extra compensation? It feels like their ultimate goal is to have us working more for less pay while trying to figure out how to do half of the things they threw at us. It's ridiculous, mildly put.

I have very little to do, int GTO and the work output is slooow. I love it, but hate the company and culture
just do a really bad job at it, they'll quit giving it to you.
Do what you can and don't do what you cannot. It's not worth risking your mental health for.
