Does anyone ever filed complaints against their line of business? Please share or advice if possible since I’m seriously consider to file at least one as soon as possible without worry of retaliation because it’s a right thing to do and I deeply believe so.

This will provide absolutely no value to you and will most likely bring consequences. Find a new job instead.
Remember in any company hr is not your friend
If you do complain use the right legal protected terminology. Even run it by a lawyer and always do it in writing. Don't call an anonymous hotline number or other bs they provide.
Do a formal email and keep a copy yourself.
Yes, one suggestion.
Prep that resume.
Proving retaliation is just about impossible. Good luck.
Good luck with that. HR works for the bank, not you.
If you complain be prepared to be setup for a firing or be laid off. They will find some excuse to get rid of you or put a black mark on your career at the bank.
I am interested too. Our leadership creates new roles and moves people into those roles without posting a position. Then, when we need help due to an overload of requests, our leadership doesn't bring those people back to help on the overload. Let alone the irresponsible managers who don't get what quality means, and now, with a new external QR process, majority of our team members are finding out how bad they are at this job. Smiles and Pollyannas don't produce quality or effectiveness. Managers have provided a disservice to the team.
