BOA must implement many different types of enhancements to the workplace before RTO to take place. The ventilation systems must be improved greatly to stop the spread of the virus. They must also create distancing of employees cubicles in the workplace. There is so much information on OSHA site that details what must be in place before RTO. If any of these requirements are not implemented you must report this SHLITHOLE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY!!!

It doesn’t have to be either or. Generally the CDC is recommending people be vaccinated but also social distance and wear masks in states where there is high transmission, which includes most of America. I’m saying that it seems people have started to look at the vaccine as some savior and the unvaccinated as lepers, but it’s just really not the case. If you look at any of the recent studies or data it’s quite obvious vaccinated are also spreading the disease and becoming ill with COVID. The vaccine… at least in it’s current form, is not very effective, against the prevalent variant. The effectiveness studies were made around Alpha variant and Delta is another ball game.
Your solution to Covid then is that nobody should bother with vaccination? It doesn't help? I can't see how you mean anything else. What is your suggestion for ridding the world of this without vaccine?
They must comply with nothing.
No one is going to upgrade their air handling system. The only reason a company/business would, is to protect unvaccinated people from unvaccinated people. And to heck with them. If the unvaccinated dig playing Russian roulette, then play on!
I don't think that will go very far. OSHA has "guidelines" as you said not legal requirements.
"OSHA also continues to recommend implementing multiple layers of controls (e.g. mask wearing, distancing, and increased ventilation)." https://www.osha.gov/coronavirus/safework
Workers are required to return Sept 7th. BofA clearly has managed their risk and legal bases when planning for RTO. I'm sure you're the same person who goes to restaurants and bars and don't complain about their ventilation lol
Lol don't worry you'll be back Sept 9th breathing in that delicious polluted covid air, and then you'll come back the next day, and the next day, take off Sat/Sun and return Monday.
