So many things are wrong at BNY Mellon these days, from no opportunities for growth to extremely long hours to lack of proper raises and bonuses. Layoffs are always on everybody’s mind, which is affecting morale drastically. Everybody who can leave is leaving. I wish I was one of them.

There are lots of opportunities for those with a good skill set. Advancement in the bank and outside. If you’re “trapped” you don’t fit this criteria
I remember someone saying how she loved this kind of environment a few years ago. Name rhymes with Karen Mill.
