Found a new job at a FULLY Remote financial firm + 15% raise.
Ironic the first day at the new job happens to be bofa's RTO date!
17 year vet here. I have never seen it this bad.
I hope people really do look outside. I used to read this forum and articles and the daily flagescape nonsense until I had enough!
One interview yesterday and two interviews next week all with different companies.
I am out too! 20% wage increase at another wfh financial company with 2 offers to pick from. I should have done this sooner 13years B4 here.
Today is my last day! I can't risk my health going back.
