Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

The most unproductive day

After seeing the situation in the office and having the most unproductive day at work, my first thought was whether a half empty office would encourage the leadership to reconsider the hybrid work arrangement. I would love that but I don’t think it’s going to happen. What do you think?

No masks, free donuts, old newspapers from March 2020, not many people.

Badge swipes are logged and checked. So if you're not reporting into the office when you should be that will get flagged.

PROTEST! We should all not go back in full time. We at least should be hybrid considering the cr-p that was seen today. No running water in restrooms very dirty offices and lack of support. 1800support was overwhelmed with calls. This is a joke.

No unless another shut down is on the horizon…. Bank of America is prioritizing their own ego first and willing to gamble human lives. I do not understand what has happened to this Bank.
