I just want to know, although anonymous, how bad is this situation? contractual maturity grater than 90 days 10-Q released July 30th shows a hefty short position not yet purchased and I have a suspicion that its Mostly GME. This could mean bankruptcy. I think I am selling my BofA shares.

This fuhking bank is too big to fail. The federal government will not let any of the big banks like Wells Fargo, Chase and Citi to fail. They would bail them out before any of the smaller banks. The stockholders would vote to kick our CEO AZZ OUT.
