Last big layoff was in January 2021after the holidays so I would imagine they will do the same in 2022. Why do you think they have those mid-year and year-end reviews? That being said why do you think they have those forced rankings in place? They have to find a way to cut the fat as they say. Bank on it, separations are coming and if not again this year then January 2022 for sure. It's the best thing that can happen to you. Just make sure you have some tidings to hold you over till you find another job. May I stress at a BETTER company that cares about it's employees.

I trust the email over you "good source" @7bef. And it said we'd have 30 days notice and they wouldn't announce anything until at least Oct. So Nov 1st would be the earliest.
Good source told me that they will likely announce a Oct or Nov 2021 return but they believe more likely to be Jan 2022.

Given the announcement for new RTO date is by Oct 1. My guess is RTO after Jan 1, 2022.

RTO is no sooner than Nov. 1. They will announce a new target date on Oct 1 and give us at least 30 days notice.
