All I can say is stop watching the news, It's not good for your health. If you are concerned about all the new cases or variants then look up FLCCC they are a group of real doctors who treat people not a bunch of talking heads on tv or corp doctors that change there story every news cycle. So if you think it's that bad then go park in front of a QT during morning rush hour for a few mins. It's busy people don't got time to worry, they got work to do.
For sure they will and they don't care about their employees. Of course they have their high priced lawyers ready for any kind of lawsuits that should come out of this.
These executives at BOA are expecting you to RTO despite the variant infecting hundreds of thousands daily. They are already have a plan in place on how many will resign or quit. They already are shipping our jobs overseas. If you dont RTO they will eventually lay you off and hire cheap labor. This company has everything in place to move forward with you or without you..
No they are counting on many of us to leave so they can send our jobs to India and cut costs
