I am afraid of getting a vaccine manufactured by Pfizer, a company that paid out the biggest pharma settlement in history a decade ago (Bextra dr-g) because they misrepresented what it does. They are also going through recalls of Chantix right now, as we speak, because of cancer.
I am afraid of getting a vaccine by Moderna, a company that has never brought anything to market.
I am afraid of taking a vaccine by Johnson and Johnson, they have the same evil history, just recently with the baby powder.
I am afraid of taking a vaccine that has a grand total of 1 (one) year of "long term history" behind it. The CDC all say "long term effects are incredibly rare with all vaccines!" But these vaccines are mRNA based and are brand new (except JnJ). How are we comparing them at all? It's like comparing a Tesla to a Chevy. Are they both cars? Yes. But before the skid plate, Tesla's could explode if a piece of rebar punctured the bottom at just the wrong angle. Over time, we learned this, now they all have a big skid plate on the bottom.
Now finally, I am afraid that the bank will say "take it or get fired". I have a family, two children. While I will be able to feed them for a couple years, it won't be forever, without work. And if I die or become disabled from the shot, they can't sue anyone, as Pfizer/Moderns/JnJ all have complete immunity. At least with COVID I can try and be careful and not catch it, or if I do I'm healthy and my age group is not at risk. I looked at the CDC numbers, the chances of someone my age dying from COVID is... Well, really close to zero. Below 1% by far. With the shot, I'm just exposing myself to risk guaranteed.
Is there anyone else here that is afraid of this? Anyone have any insight as to what the bosses are all thinking?
Sorry for the monster post.
