I keep hearing the word (volunteer) to return to office. We have no choice. We did right thing by getting vaccinated and letting our employer know via the tool. What if we have children under 12 that can’t be vaccinated yet? We are putting them at risk? Does BOFA not care? You can still spread and get if vaccinated? Can we sue Bofa if we get sick? Or child?

We need to not get sick and increase the spread of Covid 19 and or variants. We want connections. Two very different things. - Never confuse a need for something you individually want.
You'll need to use your expanded childcare and move into the office full time. Zoom is acceptable to interact with your children but not for work!! "We need connections!"
