Working from home or going back to the office?

I am accustomed to delivering and bringing "my whole self to work" when I am happy. This includes work life balance and flexibility.
I was miserable going to the office and spending 15hrs a week sitting in traffic. I had health issues to be honest from all of that.
17 years for this company and this is the happiest and most productive my team has ever been. We function as a unit and when folks leave due to this RTO policy others will follow. It's a fellowship.
i could get accustomed to either way.. but i can not get accustomed to a company that is blind to a pandemic and because of profits dont care on their on employees getting covid but email them "mental health" recommendations.. is kind of insulting.
Hmmmm.... I have realized that I basically can not get accustomed to this company.
