Saw BOA on the list of companies that will require mandated vaccines. Haven't heard anything official yet but from what I saw it is coming. Also saw it on the news.

Jails are offering ramen noodles to get the jab in Washington State, I’m out!
Uncaccinated vs vaccinated. At the end of the day if you do not have interaction with clients and or coworkers we should be having each other's back. We should be able to work from home until the pandemic ends. Not being forced back in until comfortable. I keep reading they are allowing employees to come back after labor day...no it is being forced to keep your job. Bank of America is a joke...they won't be able to keep good employees moving forward Vax or anti vax...
For those of you who love vaccines, no one is stopping you. The issue is this technology is new with vaccines and it would be nice to see these go through the normal approval process which takes years. This was rushed and that makes people leery about it.
I knew human resources posted on here...
lose their jobs and get no unemployment. " --> you could just resign/find another job etc.. nobody forces you to go back to office, it is your decision...
" If vaccinated people got to come back against their will I hope unvaccinated people lose their jobs and get no unemployment. " --> you could just resign/find another job etc.. nobody forces you to go back to office, it is your decision.
I've never heard of a vaccine that's only effective if 100% of the poulation gets the vaccine.
Vaccination does not guarantee you will not be infected, it simply reduces the risk but does not eliminate it.
I don't wish bad on anyone, but this anti vaxer thing is just stupid. You know it is. Vaccines are a requirement for kids to go to school and 50 plus years ago to enter this country. The bank has every right to mandate it. If it means the bank mandating to slow the variants I am all for it. Maybe something needs to be done like NFL. Unless you are a superstar your team/company lets you go and they just don't hire anyone without vaccine. Maybe there could be exceptions for star players (Wentz, Cam or Beasley) but unless you are at least an exceeds meets just get rid of them...my opinion
@evy+1cuMnKsY wishing bad in others ...hehehehe... does not solve anything. besides everybody (vaccinated or not) will have to return to office , the alternative is to resign... no need to wishing bad to others... dont be a looser.
Does the bank want us to turn against each other? If not I think this force return for vaccinated workers needs to be changed. If I got to come back and incur the costs and risks I better be getting your bonus and eventually your job!
I hope they mandate or lose their job. If vaccinated people got to come back against their will I hope unvaccinated people lose their jobs and get no unemployment. That is where I am at..Cluck BM
Funny. Pfizer isn't on that list. Funny.

Here is the problem with this concerted effort to get everybody vaxxed, even if it's against their will. You're going to have some pi---d off people, out of work who will have to somehow survive. Where do you think they are going to turn? It doesn't make any sense.
@OP+1cuMnKsY could you share the list?
BofA is only mandating vaccines for employees wishing to return to the office.
I don’t doubt they will mandate vaccines for everyone at some point, but where have you seen it in the media that it’s mandatory for everyone? I don’t think the Bank has taken that step… yet.
