RTO - Attrition Plan

How many people need to quit the Bank before leadership wises up and allows flexible work arrangements? What is the reduction in force target they are seeking with their RTO plans?

What about trying to outlast the tactic and stick it out a few months to see if they change their tune.

Watch the others resign and then when the Bank makes an announcement you can squeeze back in.

They want to to get the rest of the folks in India a job. There are teams in the US who are almost entirely visa workers from India. Nothing wrong with diversity, but it's getting to the point where there is a lack of diversity in tech that the entire org is layers and layers and squads from India.

It is flexible. We keep hearing they will be flexible. What that means is if you need to work home here and there just talk to your manager. They are NOT entertaining a standard schedule of days in office and WFH. All trickles down from BM
