Doing his best, and subjected to multiple BE ratings, and now going for counselling. Opposite effect is the result - demotivated, depressed.
I told him about forced rankings... He did not believe me.

So called Leadership in Ireland is a disgrace. Dublin is worse of the offices. Put simply there are a few people who are only interested in their own welfare and bottom line. Zero care for employees or BNY. ....just themselves. Everyone knows who they are but they have no shame....infact some find it amusing. Embarrassing to Ireland.
