Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Big boss gone, man in the power

It is good to know we will no longer under him anymore, wish this is a good sign.

We need real leadership instead of these old head mutherfuhkers we have. We need young leaders like the Facebook CEO who gets it . These mo--ns need to realize that the old way of doing business is not good for morale. We need to delay the RTO until the pandemic ends . We are putting valuable personnel at risk to this virus. CEO BM needs to be more vocal or step the fuhk down .

Good riddance to that player. He was cronyism personified. Plus, his strong push for RTO won't be missed.

Good riddance to a "Wall St" FOSSIL. No place for him and his out of date leadership!
Get Bessant out as well and turn this place around BofA!
