RTO Pictures/Document

For those returning to the office. My suggestion is take pictures and document everything. Send it to news outlets anonymously. They haven’t adjusted our work environment at all. It’s very open and not ventilated. They aren't requiring masks while at desk (unless local county or state mandate requires it). I’ve been documenting everything. CDC guidelines are not being followed. Unsafe work environment

You can be escorted out immediately for taking pictures inside their offices. Private property. And you agreed to that. They could turn around and say that there was confidential data in the area where you took pictures and you could lose unemployment payments too.

BOA knows that all the documentation and pictures won't help our situation. They know that they can't be sued because of shotty working conditions. They are only testing the unvaccinated even though the vaccinated can still catch covid. This is really going to be a dangerous situation for all employees. This company has really went to shlit. I am sorry I ever worked for this asinine company with a stupid azz executive team .

This is an excellent idea on documenting everything that BOA has neglected to do to have a safe working environment. I work in a financial center and they have done a half a-s job on promoting a safe work environment. We still have employees coming down with covid because of the shlitty safety standards in place. This company is still the Shlithole of America.

I'm expected to return to a "new open floor plan" at the Phoenix, AZ location. I can't figure out how unassigned seats, having a different chair/spot each day, and not having dividers between desks, would be conducive to COVID prevention. How does the open floor plan work at the headquarters in NC?

We need to start tracking somewhere how many associates got infected, hospitalized and died due to covid19 from the moment they RTO. We want to make sure we give credit when credit is due to our illustrious leaders.
