I think there are very few of us who really like working here. I am almost certain that at this moment at BofA the majority of people want to go and are planning an exit strategy. There are many who took the vaccine just to give themselves a little extra time to look for a new job. I have sent more applications than ever.

Stall to see if a layoff (and severance) comes my way, enjoy my holiday time off with a plan to have my resume polished by the end of the holiday season, wait to see what end of year bonus and raises provide (which I fully expect to be less than last year, as it was the year before), then I'm going to find myself a new job!
