I will understand if I get downvotes, but I do not agree with some who say that the bank sets unrealistic expectations. Maybe they didn’t work at the bank I used to work for so they could see what the unrealistic goals really were.
On the other hand, shouldn't everyone set those high expectations for themselves, and not have their boss set them for him or her?
I may be too harsh, but I have a colleague who does sloppy work and works a lot less than the rest of us. Interestingly, he is the one that complains about “unrealistic expectations”.

Your reward for being a high achiever at bank of america is more work for some measly title or raise. Do like your slacker coworker and do the minimum. That's the real BofA way.
Let me guess you must be young still, if not then forgive me and congrats to yourself for the passion and high self expectation
Associates feel like the bank doesn't care about them, so the associates stopped caring about the bank. More and more associates are here only for the paycheck.
Same here - one up from me!
