The funny thing is....people can throw all the fits they want but WFH will be over soon. You will either be vaxxed or you will be tested weekly. RTO is coming soon.

What an effing clusterf#ck of incompetence. This is not going to end well. How is management going to deal with the unvaccinated being angry and potentially dangerous when they allow them back into the workplace? Has anyone thought this out? This thing is messing with people’s psychological well being. I’m fully vaccinated but I do not feel safe coming back to work when unvaccinated coworkers are so upset. Who is going to monitor the anger levels and make sure no one does anything crazy? I think we should all have the option to WFH no matter what our vaccination status is for our basic safety!

@1vbq+1dEBQaR2 speaks the simple, eloquently put, truth. Sick burn.

Hope you vaxxers like subscription jabs every quarter. Won't be me. The pandemic is over when people like yourselves stop complying. It is honestly already over in so many areas in the country, thank goodness. Life is normal in FL. Kids go to school, kids come down sick, kids get better. People go shopping, go to the park, the movies. Don't see anyone keeling over in the streets like the propaganda videos we saw early in the pandemic. Its a scam.

Those that live in NY and CA have seem to become, in the words of Brooks of Shawshank, "Institutionalized".

@1vbq+1dEBQaR2 Alot of those so called Good People, don't want to do their part in ending this pandemic. They don't want to be vaccinated, don't want to be tested and don't want to wear masks all day. They just want to WFH. Good riddance to non team players.

I find it amusing that people assume taking this path will have no repercussions on them since they are "vaccinated." We are having extremely difficult time backfilling open positions as is and mandating vaccination or making their lives difficult, along with RTO strategy, will only exacerbate those issues. Those workloads don't disappear because the position goes unfilled, they will be distributed to those remaining - don't expect pay increase either, maybe an e-card.

Dismissing the "unvaccinated" at the bank or in the rest of the economy will ultimately diminish our job security and quality of life.

A lot of those employees at the bank who are at risk of losing their livelihoods over this mess are good people we've grown to know and appreciate, and usually do some kind of business with BofA (checking, unsecured lines of credit, auto loans, mortgages etc.) If the unvaccinated at the bank, or in the rest of the economy, are unable to uphold those commitments because of this mandate, it will ultimately jeopardize the company's financials.

The bank is no more loyal to you than they are to the unvaccinated or the people they laid off during previous periods economic turmoil, so you better contend with that reality while you gloat over someone else's current misfortunes or duress.

For myself personally, it has opened my eyes. I've received an exceeds rating annually and always went above and beyond what was asked of me to help the company and my peers succeed, but no longer motivated to do so. Looking at changing career paths, just something utterly wrong with standing by and watching people's lives be destroyed over this issue. Don't won't to be apart of upholding that in any way.

People are short-sighted and never consider the potential blowback. As for the mandate, it outlines the vaccination requirements for companies. The CDC defines what "fully vaccinated" is and they've already said that may change that to include boosters. Israel did this recently where your vaccination passports are no longer valid without a booster to meet the "full vaccination requirement." So for those gloating now but don't want a booster, get ready, you're next on the chopping block and expect the amount of sympathy you showed others, which was none.

So many anti vax cry babies here. I didn’t want to go back in the office either. And here I am. Kiss your bonus and raise goodbye. You made a decision when you saw your co workers being called back. F$ck you. Seriously. No one feels bad for you.

Can BAC afford to invite unhinged zealots back into their offices? They may have been good workers, but now they’re disrupters and insider threats. Force them to get vaccinated and RTO, and they will cause violence, sabotage systems and exacerbate existing frustrations.

Bring them back without vaccinations and test them just once a week… the vaccinated will regard them as a health risk and pariah. The unrest that will cause will not be worth it.

Either way, what senior leader would really want to deal with them any more? Or why?

@1dpg I don't think vaccine will play a role in determining the bonuses, unless it is part of the evaluation for 2021, and that would be difficult to get legal's approval. Considering the evals are done and the deadline to be fully vaxed is Jan 4, 2022 I think it's safe to assert that bonuses won't be affected by the vax status.

My prediction is that bonuses and raises will be so good for those that got vaccinated, the unvaccinated will be jumping ship because they got nothing and they won’t get vaccinated.

For those saying the vaccine status will bleed into the bonuses, well it maybe it should. Those who updated their statuses earlier than the mandate, and updated they were vaccinated, got called back into the office. That’s gas money and commute time and other expenses for many (daycare perhaps or lunched out to break the monotony). Look at your additional time home as worth the amount of your bonus. Enjoy it!

How will BofA treat employees who had both vaccines more than 6 months ago but don’t plan on getting a booster? By January are they considered vaccinated or not?

Also, if they are going to segregate teams by vaccination status then what is the point in RTO? May as well allow WFH to continue.

There is no possible way I can see a company segregating vaxed and unvaxed. They can't run a business like that. Unfortunately, I see a vax mandate email coming soon. I would be totally floored if the email read "ok, vaxed you will be in this building and unvaxed you will be such in such building." I don't see it. We will see soon though...stay tuned.

@vgi+1dEBQaR2 this follows an old playbook used throughout the millennia, worked very well at destroying various groups that stood in front of tyranny:

Identify, persecute and demonize, isolate, exterminate

@zho+1dEBQaR2

Yup. You’re not going to promote an unvaccinated person knowing they cannot sit in same location as vaccinated team. They will slowly squeeze people out by shaming them and making the tests expensive. People will give up eventually when they are shunned and ignored. Brutal.

Post ID: @vgi+1dEBQaR2

This is not going to work, the segregation will bleed into the compensation and unvaccinated will be pi---d off when they are passed over for promotions, raises and bonuses. If you think that is not coming, you’ve got your head in the sand. They are going to make life miserable for the unvaccinated and then make them pay for expensive tests out of their own pocket.

@ldu+1dEBQaR2......Nope, unvaccinated will sit with unvaccinated. The building I work in is getting a wing ready for just that purpose.

They will have to let the unvaccinated work from home, vaccinated will not want to have to work alongside the unvaccinated.

You will need to pay for your own testing, in order to be allowed to work, which could get expensive.

The vaccine mandate rules do not apply to people who work remotely from home or work outdoors.

there may be exceptions for States like Texas where there is an executive order on the books prohibiting any kind of mandate like this.in the same way there are different employment laws for those employees who are in California.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, 80, has written an open letter to America’s bishops expressing concern about various issues concerning the Coronavirus, and the vaccinations against the virus.

Below is the letter, it is pretty powerful and until now I haven't seen anybody from the church that took such a stand. This man has integrity and speaks the truth:

You will need a booster shot. Right now if you are over 65 and/or immunocompromised you can get the booster. Everyone else has to wait for now. I’m sure it will be available soon.

Serious question:

If you were vaccinated over 6 months ago, are you still considered fully vaccinated?

Looks like OSHA is also going after companies with less than 100 employees. No doubt in my mind now they are going to make it very difficult everywhere for the unvaccinated.

This will definitely be enforced and they are planning “inspections” and $136k fines to companies who don’t enforce the mandate.

Google the “planned inspections & fines” story, its on breitbart.com
