Sharing a personal anecdote...After 12 years, I finally got to send out my paying goodbye to colleagues across the enterprise. Well wishes from 60% and phone calls from a handful, texts from a few along with some LinkedIn connections.
Surprisingly 4-5 opened up about also being in process of searching for a new company or asking about my target company. Others also shared stories of people recently leaving and being short staffed.

Took me 7 months to land an offer. Have some foresight into the FLOOD of candidates that will leave after BofA bonuses are distributed all seeking similar positions. Take the opportunity when it presents itself.

Many companies are offering a signing bonus plus increased salary, along with better benefits. Each person’s situation is different, but staying through February doesn’t always make sense, depending on circumstances.
OP here...Not sure why people are throwing vax talk as it has no relevance to the topic. Regardless, I am 2x Pfizer and 1x Moderna booster vaxxed. Peace of mind at an all time high but still mask up in crowded areas.
