Maybe this was a dream but are raises, such as they will be, effective January 1 or still July 1? Somehow I remember hearing it was changing?

I heard the merits were going to be around 3%, not sure but thats what i heard.
Who cares. 1 % rise whether in April or July is a joke anyway. Remind me what's the inflation figure ?
Regardless of when, raises are always 1 percent so it's not noticeable in your paycheck whether it's April or July.

Who is Tractor Boy?
Word is that Tractor Boy can expect a big promotion and raise.
Incentive and merit will be communicated in February. Promotions will be effective 2/1. Incentives will be paid end of Feb. Merit and promotions increases effective 4/1.
April first is appropriate.

Was told last year that the effective date for raises is going back to 4/1, starting in 2022.
They’re effective 7/1. We used to get them 4/1 until they were delayed a few years ago following a year we got nothing . Such bs to make people wait like that
