Curious if bonus numbers are in or if anyone had heard what the YOY distribution is

Is BofA becoming a socialist bank? They continue to raise the hourly salary for entry-level folks and freeze their benefits costs form going up. Tenured employees see a raise in all their benefits, flat raises, low/flat bonuses and when they cut staff, we have to pick up the slack and more hours. Whatever to that old saying of "Feed your Eagles, starve your chickens"?
So, I guess the next issue is if it's worth staying till the bonuses are paid, if you have a decent offer....decisions, decisions....
